Endless sit-ups may not be the best way to a washboard stomach according to a recent study by the Physical Therapy journal. The experiment, which involved strapping electrodes to a group of volunteers while they erformed 10 different ab moves found that planking with your feet on an exercise ball while alternately lifting your legs up and down recorded the most efficient

use of the core muscles for a flatter, more toned tummy.
