Arabic العربية

blue light - the type of wavelength emitted by your television, as well as your computer screen, tablet and smartphone - to increased hunger and altered metabolism The study found that blue light exposure not only increased hunger both before and after dinner, but also increased insulin resistance, and decreased sleepiness.
